Cancellations the day before treatment will be rescheduled. Same day cancellations will be charged full price.

I am a fair person so I will work with you here.  If you have the odd emergency or unforeseen circumstance, I will be emphatic, kind and forgiving (as this is my nature). If you have one of these a week it’s a different story.

So please be respectful of the fact that this is a business and I have got bills to pay too!
